Ex Nihilo is a new Paris-based perfume house vying for a true personal touch, the young brand’s Rue Saint Honoré flagship resembles an Art Deco-infused fragrance bottle in and of itself.
Capturing the grand tradition of French glassblowing, the new test kitchen-like showroom juxtaposes metal with marble and wood with felt.
Visitors enter through an immersive, benevolent and expressive façade before reaching opposing metal counters – staging one-of-a-kind perfume vials. Yves Klein-blue walls blend-in behind shelving unit while a mirror-clad ceiling extends the space through to a focal-point staircase.
