Note:

1.Kiosk over 20㎡or shop over 80㎡, negotiable cost;

2.Kiosk plan is free, 3D cost is as above table list (including materials list for shopping center). When order confirmed, construction drawing will be made for free (1~3 working days).

3.Design NO.1~3 is made by our designer. Design 4 is made by coorperated design companies, so time and cost may be a little changes. Please contact M2 Sales for details.

4.When one kiosk or shop order completed, client can have one kiosk or shop 3D design for free, limited to NO. 1~3 and kiosk under 20㎡or shop under 80㎡.

Production Policy


Before Production

• 50% Payment to M2 Confirmed.

• Construction drawing are confirmed & signed by client.

• Related Samples are all confirmed by client.

Then formal production starts.


During Production

M2 will offer production schedule to client and offer production photos/ video in each process, like wood structure completed & install test if needed, painting work completed, metal work completed, installation completed & lighting test, etc.

Time

goods are ready for package as promised time on contract.

If it is delayed on M2' s side, M2 is to pay an indemnity as below,

If production is suspended on client' s side over 7 days, client is to pay an indemnity as below.

• $150 USD/day.

• $200/ day since the 4th day.

• $300/ day since the 6th day.

If it is delay over 15 days or half of production time, client can require full payment refund and deal is off.

Note:

Usually production time is 25 ~ 30 days according to order & workshop schedule. If client required a much shorter time and M2 promise try our best, it may not follow this rule. Please note.

Construction drawing & other requirements agreed on contract.

M2 should follow the signed construction drawing & contract to make the display units and quality check each process carefully (click M2 Quality Standard for details), like sizes (2~5mm error), materials (brands, certification, colors, etc.), structure (shape & function same to construction drawing, mall' s safety standard, etc), installation test(follow project layout and test), etc. If any different to construction drawing or contract, and can not be revised, or it will delay the loading day, M2 should inform client as soon as possible, together with issues' clear photo/ video and optional solutions.

• It will be lucky if clients do not care about those small issues.

• It will be happy if clients accept M2' s solution. M2 will offer some discount for obviously issues.

• Remake ! When issues are too serious and M2 can not do much to improve.

Quality Issues

M2 quality check each unit carefully (click M2 Quality Standard for details), display unit' s whole finish and details, like finish or joint not flat enough, scratch, etc, if obviously and workshop can not improve them, or it will delay the loading day, M2 should inform client as soon as possible, together with issues' clear photo/ video and optional solutions.

• It will be lucky if clients do not care about those small issues.

• It will be happy if clients accept M2' s solution. M2 will offer some discount for obviously issues.

• Remake ! When issues are too serious and M2 can not do much to improve.

Note:

If client revises drawing during production which causes production delay or extra cost, client should be responsible for them.

Package

After client say yes to the initial quality check (by factory visit or video/ photos ) and packing, all display units will be packed in 1 ~ 2 days.

M2 Package standard (click to know more details) as below,

Inner package: plastic film with corner protector foam, then put EPE Foam 4 sides & top in the wood package.

Wood package: 9mm plywood panel+ 15mm MDF frame, bottom with screwed feet for truck.

Note:

Considering the limited workshop storage space, if goods are delayed to load for more than one week on client' s side, there is extra cost as below

• $30/ day since the 8th day;

• $50/ day since the 15th day;

• $100/ day since the 30th day.



Delivery Policy


Before delivery

After balance payment confirmed, goods will be loaded and related photos will be sent. Below is optional delivery methods:

Delivery policy--M2 Display


During delivery

M2 Prepare all related shipment documents for destination customs clearance, including customs invoice, packing list, B/L if available. If client has any requirements in them, like customs value, item description, please inform M2 in advance.


Arrived

• When goods arrive, M2 (one stop solution)/ client (option solution) should check the wood package as earlier as possible. If there are obvious damages, please take clear enough photos (show marking details) as proof ( take a photo to show issues when goods are still in container/ airport warehouse ).

• Please open the wood package as earlier as possible, especially the easy to crack display units. M2 (one stop solution)/ client (option solution) should check each display units completely as earlier as possible. If there are obvious damages, please take clear enough photos as proof( take a photo to show issues when goods are still in the wood package ).

• For one stop solution, M2 should contact Insurance company, submit proofs and apply for insurance claims. M2 should offer optional solutions to solve delivery damage issues as soon as possible.

• For optional solution, client contact Insurance company, submit proofs and apply for insurance claims. M2 will try our best to help if needed.

Note:

Please note that crack issues can only be claimed before installation, insurance company will solve those issues.

When goods arrive destination port, it is 21 days free for container and 14 days free for warehouse. If clients need longer usage, please mentioned it before shipment booking.



Installation


M2 install the store/ kiosk/ shop in shop as agreed time, test and clearing. M2 offer final quality check report to client, on site if possible.

• It will be lucky if clients do not care about new small issues.

• It will be happy if clients accept M2' s solution for new issues. M2 will offer some discount for obviously new issues.

• Remake ! When new issues are too serious and M2 can not do much to improve.

After client say yes to the installation work and confirm 20% payment to M2 in Alibaba' s trade assurance.

Note:

After goods arrive local warehouse, it is free for 7 days. If installation is delayed on clients' side, there will be extra cost accordingly.



After Service


After final installation finished, M2 continue offer service as below,

• Within 1 week, if there are any issues by products themselves, not artificial, M2 will offer free door-to-door repair service.

• There are 6 months warranty for parts, like lighting, transformer, hinge, track, key, etc. M2 will offer free door-to-door repair service.

Note:

Above service is limited to M2 one stop solution in UK, Singapore, etc. For optional solution, M2 will offer extra repair parts for local repair usage.



Exceptions Policy


1.over warranty time, M2 will offer favorable paid repair service.

2.Picky quality requirements which are higher than the existing craft. See M2 Quality Standard.

3.Artificial Issues, like impact, flooding, scratch, etc.

4.Issues are caused by other installation people' s work, not follow M2 installation menu, or other wrong operation.

5.More issues are caused by other repair people' s work.

6.Issues are caused by natural disasters, like flood, fire, etc.



M2 Quality Standard


1.Firmness:  for common display cabinets (like 1.2m long display counter ), if you shake it by hand, less than 15mm moving. Or there are structure issues, except special design, M2 will reflect to client in advance.

2.Parts: hinge and track are easy to open and close, softly, the same to key.

3.Sizes: common display cabinets size error is ±5mm, common display units is ±2mm; Special shaped cabinets, if less than 1500mm long, there is ±10mm error, less than 4 meters, ±30mm error, over 4 meters, ±50mm error.

4.Joint gap: 1mm error, but uniform. If special shape joint, maybe 2mm gap.

5.Paint: nail holes are not allowed, 2% points or scratch are acceptable, 2 colors joints looks smoothly by 1 meter away.

6.Metal: less than 5% scratch for mirrored finish, less than 3% for brushed finish;

Clients will be informed in advance for inevitable welding dots because of craft or structure limited;

If choosing invisible welding, clients will be informed in advance for inevitable visible welding, especially inevitable section line, 0,5mm joint gap.

Brushed finish, less than 2% not flat grain.

7.Wood grain: less than 2% extra grain, small damage or small bubble allowed;

8.Laminated: optional 45 degree joint (nice finish) or normal joint (visible joint, client will be informed when section color may be different to finish color), 0.5mm joint gap, less than 2% scratch allowed;

Solid surface (corian) finish: not obvious joint gap by 1 meter away, less than 2% small scratch, small impurities, small damage allowed.

After polishing, there are inevitable slightly grain under lighting and color will be a little lighter except white color.

9.Marble: not obvious joint gap by 1 meter away, less than 2% small scratch, small impurities, small damage allowed because of its fragile nature.

10.Glass: safety glass like tempered glass or doubling glass. no chip allowed, UV bonding (less than 2% bubbling or faulty in the glue)

11.Glue: tidy finish, extra glue must be cleared well;

12.Wire: all are concealed, any touchable or joint ones must be covered by protector, except connecting in LED and transformer.

13.Transformer: easy to open for repair, but difficult to touch accidentally. If it can not be concealed installed, it must be covered a box with ventilation

14.LED strips: fixed by a U shaped hardware for easy repair, not glued.

15.LOGO, powerful and uniform enough LED.

Acrylic letter: flat finish, professionally glued and extra glue clearing well;

Metal letter: there are inevitable joint gap for inside return even premier finish required. The rest joint are fine finish, less than 2% small scratch allowed.

Resin letter: flush and uniform, no bubbling. Over 80cm long logo, color (except white) may be not uniform, less than 10% allowed.
